Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Magic Powered Inc. ("Magic Powered," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website (the "Site") or interact with our services. We are based in the United States, with our registered address at 3520 Spruce Hill Rd, Ottsville, PA 18942.

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to visitors to the Site and to people who book consultations with us. It does not cover the practices of third parties whose products we link to or embed (such as Calendly), each of which has its own privacy policy.

2. Information we collect

2a. Information you provide

When you use our booking flow, you may provide:

• Qualification details entered through the on-site form: company size, industry, your role, AI maturity, primary goal, timeline, and budget range.
• Booking details entered into our embedded Calendly widget: your name, email address, scheduled time, and any answers to Calendly's questions. Calendly collects this directly; we receive a copy through our Calendly account.
• Anything else you choose to share in free-text fields or in correspondence with us.

2b. Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

• Log data — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, referring URL, and pages visited. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) logs this for security and operational purposes.
• Analytics data — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics collects information such as IP address (truncated where supported), pages viewed, time on page, and approximate location. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (typically named _ga and _ga_<id>) to do this.

2c. Information from third parties

We may receive information about you from:

• Calendly, when you book a consultation, including the data you submit to it.
• Public sources or business contacts — for example, if your employer's domain or LinkedIn profile is referenced in correspondence.

2d. Sensitive information

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, health data, or financial account numbers). Please do not include such information in free-text fields or in messages to us.

3. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to inquiries and schedule consultations;
• Match prospective clients with appropriate engagement structures;
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
• Conduct analytics and measure marketing performance;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms;
• Protect the rights, property, or safety of Magic Powered, our clients, or others.

If you are in the EEA or UK, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR / UK GDPR:

• Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps you request (e.g., responding to a booking).
• Legitimate interests — operating, securing, and improving the Site and our services. You can object at any time (see Section 7).
• Consent — for non-essential cookies and analytics. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Legal obligation — where we are required to retain or disclose information by law.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following ways:

• Service providers / subprocessors that help us operate the Site and our services. Currently:
  • Calendly — booking widget and scheduling. calendly.com/privacy
  • Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery, and security. cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
  • Google — Google Fonts (font delivery; Google receives your IP) and Google Analytics (analytics). policies.google.com/privacy
  • Telegram (planned) — we may, in the future, route a copy of qualification answers to a private internal Telegram channel for staff notification. If we do, your data will pass through the Telegram Bot API. telegram.org/privacy
• Professional advisors — such as lawyers, accountants, and auditors, under confidentiality.
• Business transactions — if Magic Powered is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
• Legal reasons — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, safety, and property.

5. Cookies and tracking

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies on the Site:

• Strictly necessary — used for the Site to function and be served reliably.
• Analytics — Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_<id>) help us understand aggregate usage. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Third-party cookies set inside the embedded Calendly widget when you reach the booking step. These are governed by Calendly's privacy policy.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals because there is no industry consensus on how to do so.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, generally:

• Booking and qualification data: 36 months from your last interaction, unless you become a client (in which case retention is governed by our engagement agreement).
• Analytics data: retained per Google Analytics' default retention settings.
• Log data: retained per Cloudflare's standard log-retention practices.

We may retain information longer when required by law or to resolve disputes.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

• Access / Know — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction / Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your personal information.
• Portability — receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
• Restriction / Objection — restrict or object to certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests.
• Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent.
• Opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising — we do not sell or share your personal information for these purposes.
• Limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those permitted by law.
• Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email max@magicpowered.io. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically 30–45 days). You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. If you authorize an agent to make a request on your behalf, we may require proof of authorization.

8. International data transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, the personal information you provide will be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact max@magicpowered.io and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top will reflect the most recent revision. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice (e.g., a banner on the Site).
